Your
cashin will remain in a pending state for 48 hours. During
this time you are able to reverse it and any forfeited Bingo
Bucks will be reversed.
Your Cashin will be refunded to your primary deposit method
used in the last 30 days.
Exceptions:
-MasterCard prohibits refunds, therefore we require an alternative method and proof of identity to process your cashin, ideally Neteller or Click2Pay.
Proof of identity will be required, only once, when either
of the following occurs:
1. Cashin is not refunded back to method of purchase (e.g. Mastercard)
2. Cashin amount is $1000 or greater; or
3. Total number of Cashins exceeds four to date.
Proof of Identity:
- A copy of the front and back of your Credit Cards used in
last 30 days
- A copy of suitable identification (e.g. Drivers License
or Passport)
- A utility bill reflecting your name and address (Gas, water,
phone, electricity etc)
